Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit of $275 is required to secure your booking.

  • If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event, the deposit will be refunded in full.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

  • For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment must be made within 48 hours of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund, including the deposit, is available if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event.

  • If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable, but any other payments made will be refunded.

  • If cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3. Equipment and Damages

  • Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests.

  • The booth attendant has the right to refuse service or temporarily suspend operations if the booth is misused.

  • Service may be denied if there is excessive intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or any actions that risk damage to equipment.

4. Set-Up and Operational Time

  • Set-up will begin 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

  • If the event runs late, the hire period will still end at the scheduled time unless additional hire time is arranged and paid for in advance.

  • If no free on-site parking is available, the client agrees to reimburse parking expenses on the day of the event.

5. Travel & Delivery Fees

  • A delivery fee applies to locations beyond 30 km from Canterbury, NSW.

  • The delivery fee amount will be confirmed based on distance and accessibility.

6. Event Delays & Extending Hire

  • The hire period includes both set-up and pack-down time.

  • If the booth is not ready at the scheduled time due to our fault, we will extend the hire period accordingly at no extra charge.

7. Image Rights & Privacy

  • BLY retains the right to use event images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may opt out of image usage but it is their responsibility to notify us before the event. Please ensure you have read our Privacy Policy, if you are unsure please do not hesitate to reach out to hello@BLYphotobooth.com.au

8. Liability & Insurance

  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as venue issues, weather conditions, or power failures. In such cases, we may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

  • If unruly behaviour occurs, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the hire without refund.

  • We are not responsible for any claims related to emotional distress, punitive damages, personal injuries, loss of profits, or costs associated with replacements.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
